- Temperature Control System:0-300℃ intelligent heating plates (upper/lower double plates with 6 heating disks), supporting material shaping and curing to ensure folding precision and product stability;
- Air Pressure Control:0.6MPa stable air pressure output. 5 sets of cylinder paper-pressing devices with tension gauges ensure zero offset in material conveying.
- Photoelectric Safety Grille:Infrared induction device in the folding area stops the machine instantly upon foreign object intrusion, complying with CE safety standards;
- Structural Craftsmanship:Reinforced powder-coated square tube frame + electroplated hard chromium shaft parts, vibration-resistant and wear-resistant, with a machine life ≥100,000 hours;
